Activities

Art, Science and Literary club caters to the scientific aptitude and intellectual development and train the students to cultural activities like debate, quiz and elocution, pick and speak etc. They are encouraged to participate in inter school activities.

Children will receive all round encouragement both in the class and on the field and also to participate in the inter mural and extra mural activities of the school during the scholastic year.

The school organizes Orientation Programmes all through the year by renowned persons to the parents. It provides an opportunity to receive extensive advice to support, understand and encourage their child for a transition.

To bring in competitive spirit in children we send our school children to other schools to get an exposure to the outside world.

Workshops and orientations are being conducted for teachers in various subjects to have an update on the current situation among children.

The school supports excellence in students. The best student award has been designed to encourage and acknowledge excellence of a child in each class (Nursery to Xstd).It is presented annually to the student who is the most outstanding in the class.

Role plays are being regularly conducted in the school to all classes from 1 to X std to improve their creativity and confidence levels.

Holy Child Convent has excelled and heading further each year in giving out excellent results in SSLC examination. The school has outshined in gaining State Toppers every year and achived 100% results with state ranks in last 19 years.

In 2010 and 2011 the school received best management award from Karnataka State Un-aided Primary Teacher’s Association.
